Hotel was lovely, fantastic services, and it had beautiful location direct to Pisa airport. The staff was really kind, kept everything spotless and awesome. I had a delicious and amazing breakfast with delicious cake.

The place was spotless and we loved the deluxe king room. the staff were polite and courteous, gave us great tips. - the location was marvelous for exploring the lovely area, close enough to the bus stop, especially for getting to the Airport in Pisa for an early flight and to the beach, bars, and restaurants.

The road noise was bad and also the Walls are very thin so awake all night listening to the baby crying in the room next door.

The building is really nice and the rooms are spotless and bright with a fantastic view, 2 twin beds plus a balcony.

I liked stuff! So helpful, witminded and always in a very high spirit!! The hotel is in a bit barocco style and is full of things of art that u can buy for a normal price. Villa Tina is very close to the seashore and a park where u can take a bike for a small rent. Well, the awesome place to stay for some days!

The hotel was immaculately clean and wonderful. the location was incredible, right in the center of the promenade. - the provided breakfast was delicious and plentiful with preserves, delicious homemade cakes, and yogurts that exceeded our expectations. - the double room had upgrades and was bright and impressive.

The hotel room we stayed in was very majestic - Tina 1 - with high ceilings and balcony towards the sea. The staff were friendly and breakfast was to normal continental style. We would consider staying here again.

Villa Tina is 2 minutes from beach, 10 minutes from bus terminal, 15 minutes from train station. Staff were very friendly, and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices. Room & bathroom very clean. Beautiful old building. We hope to stay here again.

Villa Tina is a hidden gem, with its stunning swimming pool and beautifully manicured gardens. The interiors are rich and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Beautifully decorated and restored 1920's hotel previously a seafront villa.Very friendly staff great location able to return to use the bathroom facilities after checking out on day of departure.

Had the only ground floor room which was a bit noisy first thing in the morning.
